Terms of service
Last updated 30 October 2026. These terms apply when you use Lovisa. A written agreement with your company comes before these terms.
The service
Lovisa is an AI workspace for property companies. It answers questions, prepares work and, after your approval, does actions in the systems that you connect.
Your account
Your company invites you to Lovisa. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us at hello@thelovisa.com if you think someone else uses your account.
Your data
Your company owns the data that it gives to Lovisa, and the data that Lovisa reads from connected systems. We use it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy tells.
Connected systems
When you connect a system, such as Google, you allow Lovisa to read it and, after your approval, to act in it. You can disconnect at any time. Lovisa changes a thing only after a named person approves it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lovisa to break the law, to harm other people, or to get access to systems or data without permission. Do not try to break the security of the service.
AI output
Lovisa uses AI models, and an AI model can make errors. Read what Lovisa prepares before you approve it or use it.
Availability
We work to keep Lovisa available, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. A written agreement with your company can give other terms.
Liability
To the extent that the law allows, Lovisa is not liable for indirect loss, or for loss from an action that you approved.
End
Your company can stop using Lovisa at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Then we delete the data as our privacy policy tells.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Swedish law applies to these terms.
