Privacy policy
Last updated 30 October 2026. This policy tells what Lovisa collects, why, where it is kept, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Lovisa (thelovisa.com) makes an AI workspace for property companies. Questions about this policy or your data go to hello@thelovisa.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, your work email address and your role in your company.
- Work content: the messages, files and requests that you or your company give to Lovisa.
- Data from connected systems: when you connect a system, such as Google, Lovisa reads the data that you allow (read more below).
- Technical data: sign-in events and error logs that keep the service secure and working. The logs do not contain your tokens or passwords.
Google user data
You can connect a Google account to Lovisa. Lovisa then asks Google for your permission to use these scopes:
- Your email address (
openid, email): to show which account is connected. - Gmail (
gmail.readonly,gmail.compose): to read your mail so that Lovisa can answer questions and learn the work of your company, and to write drafts. Lovisa sends a mail only after you approve that mail. - Google Calendar (
calendar.readonly,calendar.events): to find free times and, after your approval, to add, change or remove an event. - Google Drive, Docs and Sheets (
drive.readonly,drive.file,documents,spreadsheets): to read your files, and after your approval, to make or edit a document or a spreadsheet.
Lovisa makes a change in your Google account only after you approve it in Lovisa. Each part (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) has a switch, and you can disconnect Google at any time in Settings, Connections. A disconnect stops each pull and revokes the access of Lovisa at Google. You can also remove the access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use. The use of information received from Google APIs by Lovisa adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- Lovisa uses Google user data only to provide and improve the features that you use in Lovisa.
- Lovisa does not sell Google user data, and does not use or transfer it for advertising.
- Lovisa does not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- People at Lovisa do not read your Google data, except with your permission, for security, or when the law requires it.
- Lovisa transfers Google user data to others only as needed to provide the service (the AI model providers below), for security, or when the law requires it.
How we use data
- To provide the service: answer questions, prepare work and do actions that you approve.
- To build the knowledge of your company in Lovisa, which only your company can see.
- To keep the service secure and to fix errors.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
AI model providers
Lovisa sends the content of a task to an AI model to do the task. The providers are OpenAI and Anthropic. Under their API terms, they do not train their models on this data.
Where data is kept
Lovisa stores data with Amazon Web Services in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden). Tokens from Google are encrypted with a key in AWS Key Management Service. Data goes over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
How long we keep data
We keep the data of a company while that company uses Lovisa. When you disconnect a system, Lovisa stops reading it and deletes its tokens. When a company stops using Lovisa, we delete its data within 30 days, unless the law requires that we keep it. To delete your data earlier, write to hello@thelovisa.com.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it or limit its use. You can also object to its use. Write to hello@thelovisa.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is important, we tell you in Lovisa before it applies.
